Is there a Storm on the horizon??

Three year old cheeky chap Storm is looking for an experienced Furever home with at least one other dog. No small animals though please, due to a typically high prey drive.
A family with older children if any, which is what Storm has been used to in his previous home. He is extremely playful and has lots of energy. So an active lifestyle and plenty of interaction would suit. Having said that, he does enjoy his home comforts; people watching from a window or snuggling up with (or on!) someone on the sofa.
Storm seems to love the ladieeees but has needed time and patience when building up trust around male hoomans, at times being quite vocal. He has made fab progress generally whilst in foster and has lived happily alongside two female huskies, with no issues from day one.
We would however suggest feeding separately, as Storm is not in favour of sharing any food, including treats.
Like many young huskies, Storm has a colourful personality that occasionally raises an amused eyebrow …… and causes a knowing smile…..
His talents include counter surfing, stealing house hold objects, opening doors and windows. He has also been known to display a creative side with a bit of DIY indoors and landscaping the garden.
Storm knows various basic commands although has that selective hearing thing!
Whilst he is strong when out on a lead walk, he does sit nicely at curbs, etc.
His foster mum has said that
Storm has an awful lot of love to give once he gets settled, he gives her kisses. When you return to the house, Storm will bring a toy for you to throw for him. He’s a cheeky boy, he’ll flip his bowl when he’s hungry!

Storm is neutered, chipped and up to date with vaccines, flea and wormer. Currently in foster Burton on Trent. Transport can be arranged. Home checks and an adoption fee of £200 will apply, as always. Please ask your area co ordinators if you would like more information
